Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the membership of individuals ("Members") in the 3H Membership program ("Program") operated by Sydney Chinese Medicine Centre, a division of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Australia Pty Ltd ("Company"). By applying for or renewing membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. 3H stands for He He Hui (和合会), which translates to Harmonization and Integration Clubhouse. It is an exclusive VVIP healthcare membership that offers premium Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation and treatment services for those who prioritize their health above all else. Members of 3H believe that health is the foundation of life and are committed to investing in their well-being, embracing the motto: “Health, Health, Health.”

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

2.2. Applicants must complete the membership application form accurately and in full.

3. Membership Fees

3.1. 3H membership fee is $300 GST inclusive per individual for 12 months.

3.2. Membership fees ("Fees") are determined based on membership management cost, market price and are payable annually in advance.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to adjust Fees. Members will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before the new Fees take effect.

4. Membership Term and Renewal

4.1. Membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance and full payment received.

4.2. Membership will automatically renew for subsequent 12-month periods unless the Member provides written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the renewal date or prior indicated in the application form for not renewal.

4.3 Membership can be renewed before it expires upon annual membership fee received event prior indication for non-renewal was recorded in the application form.

4.4 Balance of prepaid gift card as an annual commitment for TCM healthcare program can be top up or roll over for valid membership only.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Membership term is set for a minimum of 12 months during which cancellation is not allowed; Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to the Company after first year of membership or indicated non-renewal in the application form.

5.2. Transfer the balance to another membership could be considered at the Company's discretion and may be subject to administrative fees and other conditions.

5.3. Refunds will not be considered if members do not follow the health management plan proposed by the practitioner or change of mind by the member during the membership term.

6. Member Obligations

6.1. Members agree to:

a. Pay the membership fee as set by the company. It comes to an invalid membership or non-member if annual membership fee is not paid on time.

b. Abide by these Terms and any additional guidelines issued by the Company.

c. Refrain from any conduct that could harm the reputation or operations of the Company.

d. Committed participating an annual health management program with no less of $2000 via the intervention of  the traditional Chinese medicine products and services as directed by the Chinese medicine practitioner.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership in the Program.

7.2. The Company shall not be liable for any clinical incident, outcomes or health goals to be achieved.

7.3. Members’ health and conditions are served directly by the contracted Chinese medicine practitioners; Any malpractice or disputes should be raised directly with the practitioner who are covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.

8. Privacy

8.1. The Company collects and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Company's Privacy Policy.

8.2. Member’s personal information could only be used by the company for member’s health related activities and prohibited for any other use.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

10. Amendments

10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. Members will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
